How to win in chat
Our chat hosts play an exciting selection of chat games throughout the
day, every day of the week, ensuring that our chat rooms are never dull
or boring. To join in the chat game fun and win yourself some fantastic
chat game BBs (Bonus Bucks), make sure that you are in chat and have
your bingo cards. Full details on our chat game rules can be found
below.
Chat Games
Eligibility for Chat Bonus Bucks (BBs)
All members are welcome to participate in our chat games. However,
players must have funded their account with a minimum deposit of $25.00
within the last 7 days and purchased the minimum cards/tickets required
for each respective chat game to have BBs credited to their account.
A player may win chat BBS up to a value equal to 500% (5x) of their
total deposits in the previous 7 days. The total “available BBs to win”
amount is reduced once BBs are credited to the player's account. For
example, if a player's "Available BBs to win" limit is 100 and they have
been credited 10 BBs for a chat game win, their new "Available BBs to
win" limit would be reduced by the amount credited down to 90 Available
BBs to win.
Chat BBs are credited to the player’s account the following day. If a
player wins more chat BBs than their “available BBs to win,” then they
will only receive the BBs amount remaining. Their available BBs will be
at zero until they make another deposit.
If a player requests a payout, their available to win BBs amount is
reset to zero. This means that a player will then need to fund their
account again to build up their available to win BBs total. If a pending
payout is cancelled, then a player will instantly have their available
BBs balance restored to its previous value. Any chat game BBs that are
won whilst a player had a pending payout are forfeited and will not be
recredited in the case of the payout being cancelled.
Chat Bonuses are awarded and made available to players via Chat Games as
an added form of entertainment and cannot be the primary source in
funding one's account. This would be most unfair to all of our other
players who fund their accounts to participate in the same bingo games.
CyberBingo reserves the right not to award BBs to anyone who falls under
this category or if fraudulent activity is detected.
Terms & Conditions:
• Players may earn chat BBs up to a value of 5x their deposits in
the previous 7 days.
• Chat BBs are automatically active and expire after 7 days.
• Max cash out value of $/€10,000.
• Chat BBs can only be used to play Bingo games.
• Chat BBs are subject to a wagering requirement of (x4).
• Every $/€1.00 wagered on live bingo games reduces the wagering
requirement by $/€0.50.
• All remaining BBs are forfeit upon approved withdrawal and the
"Available BBs to win" limit is reset to zero.
